Cancellation Policy

Booking a Session: All sessions are by appointment only. Sessions can be booked via website and are confirmed once a deposit has been received. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your session. Bookings are not considered confirmed until the deposit is paid. Cancellations & Rescheduling: - Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session can be rescheduled free of charge, subject to availability. - Cancellations made within 24 hours / same day of your session will forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. - No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Clients who stop responding to avoid payment or resolution will be blocked from booking future sessions. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time, sessions cannot run over to accommodate late arrivals, as it affects clients booked after you. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened session at full price, or forfeiture of the session if I'm unable to accommodate the delay. Illness & Injury: If you're unwell or injured, please let me know as early as possible. I'll always try to work with you on rescheduling in genuine circumstances, communication is key. Health & Safety: - Clients must disclose any injuries, pregnancy, or medical conditions that may affect their ability to train safely, prior to the session. - Pole dancing carries inherent physical risk; clients participate at their own risk and are encouraged to work within their own limits. Studio Etiquette: - Please wear appropriate pole-friendly attire (shorts, no lotion/oils on the day). - Shoes must be removed before entering the studio. - Jewellery, especially rings, bracelets, and watches must be removed before your session for grip, safety, and to avoid damaging the poles. - Please avoid applying oils, moisturiser, sunblock, or similar products on the day of your session. If you have used any, please shower beforehand, as residue affects grip for anyone using the poles. - Personal items are welcome in the studio but should be left neatly to the side, out of the pole area. - Please respect the space and equipment. Guests: Guests/spectators are not permitted in the studio during sessions unless agreed in advance. Payment: Full payment is due at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed in advance.
